heat pump covers

Here's a little design I came up with for a heat pump cover. I think powder coating is the real ticket here.
For the wood, I just used fence boards from the local hardware store. Perforated plate was used for the front.

The top curved part, I used 20ga steel and the little hand bender. 16ga is tuff to work with. If you don't have a slip roll, don't even try with anything less than 20ga. Frustration will get the best of you.

I used a piece of 4 x1/4 flat bar with 4 short pieced of angles to secure to the base (see picture)
