I have sold this pattern to a couple of local guys for $50. I sold the bumper on this job for $380 and have 4 others (one of his friends, one walk in who saw it and 2 from craigslist with a one time ad) on the line for me to build it for them once I can fit them in after the first of the year. I can almost guarantee that it will pay for itself once you advertise it or others see it on your unit. I will send the pattern file in a CAD .dxf only as I dont use a proprietary PlasmaCam Torchmate or other software. The file pattern will be blank; you plug in your patterns for customizing. or add $10 more for the bio-haz pattern I used on this one. I will send it with break/cut lines for easier bending (you fill with filler) or you can remove them to bend in a break following 1/8" notches in the cut lines to match the break to to keep your lines straight.
As much as I would like to share my files for free, as a business owner, I cant. I invest a lot of CAD time (and in this case measuring and a prototype cut) into all of my designs to make sure they work plasma friendly and cut ready for me the first time.
