Precision milled frames

Post by BTA Plasma » Wed Feb 22, 2023 12:40 pm

We started bridge machining 100% of our frames last year. The result is true parallelism of the frame. Which will give our customers the best and straightest cuts with the longest bearing life possible. From 4x4-12x50 machines in accuracy not known by this market segment. Our newest capability is machining 13'x60'.

Thank you Marty. Basically we are cutting the frames so they are straight and true. Something unique in the industry with top industrial quality at an entry level price.

These look really nice! Perhaps you could share a few photos of your production process showing this bridge machining process in action.
Thanks,
David
