Thanks Just have all the fun I can, buying a 3D printer has helped me learn how to do 3D drawing. :) I have posted other things I have developed and printed for my Plasma/ router table. I will pass along the files if a member would like to make their own or build one for them. :D

That's a grand job there Tom!
Guess hot rolled is a no no for those scribes?
That mill scale is tough stuff!

PM me with your email address I cannot PM them to you here, these will be the stl files, I have a Tevo Tarantula and the G-codes are configured with a slicer program called ideamaker for that printer. I could also sent the G-code if you want. The short ones are a Drag Knife

yes that is my posting of the item.
Here are the linear bearing I used you may need another auction to get them in the UK.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/6pcs-LM8UU-8mm ... 1438.l2649
and the chrome shafts again shipper to the UK
https://www.ebay.com/itm/8mm-x-1000mm-L ... 2749.l2649
The screw holes in the mounts are set for 10-32 thread don't know the metric size. I press the bearings in first then slide that rods in and press them in the top then the bottom so the distance between the rods is maintained. I use a vice to do this. Cutting the rods to length I use a cutoff wheel as they are very hard.

Thanks, I've been using these igus ones as they seem to have better support and less play than the bearing ones
