Can anyone help me with a trace

I need to try to do this image into a license plate for a customer. I am going to make it 2 pieces. A top plate and a bottom plate. Each will be powder coated and glued together. Is there anyone that can help me out? I dont really need the tire tread, just the letters and the chick

Can't help at the moment with the trace. Just wondering why your glueing/bonding the backing, Just make a backing tag blank, coat it and it will bolt together with the mounting bolts from the front plate.

I just use a little sika flex to hold them together until the customer can volt it to the vehicle. The two bolts will hold it all permanent,this just keeps the two pieces from sliding around and scratching each other during shipping

I don't believe that the image is copyrighted, the owner gave me permission to use it to make her cut file

OOPS, wait a minute! I just took a closer look at that chicken, and it looks like she's brandishing two pistals. Sorry, my mistake, normally chickens only pack one gun. It's very unusual for a chicken to pack that much heat.
