I haven't been around for a while, but it's good to be back....

I need some help to

I need to know if this design style works ok or not (for plasma), all the interior detail is one hole

Assuming kerf compensation is applied correctly, my concern is does it warp badly during cutting and is it stiff enough after cutting

I hope it works because I've got quite a few that way.

Gary, I cut it out of 14 gauge, 11" across and there was no problem with warping.

i guess if it were an issue the person using cud add in a few connecting points. in those drawings at least. with less pierces i wud think the electrodes wud last a bit longer. is this a different method of drawing u r trying out?

good, thank you, you're welcome, I can't get it down to one pierce on everything, just aiming for substantially fewer pierces

check this one out, it's one pierce inside, one outside

Cut this last night, had a little trouble with the line from the curled up fur on outside of ear,
about 1.5 inches would not cut, but i was able to squeeze it in. :D

Thanks so much again.
