What’s a good drawing program for a beginner that’s just doing jobs for side work I have a tracker cnc machine

For art type Inkscape is great many YouTube tutorials, and here
For CAD many free ones you just need 2 D type drawing.

From what I understand the Tracker table comes with Corel Draw. If you have that I would stick with it. Do you have the Corel?
