how to open a pcm in corelx5

just got my new corel draw installed. i have a bunch of pcm files that i have worked on but would like to touch up with corel. i tried to open a pcm in corel draw but it wouldnt let me. am i missing a step? i tried exporting the pcm and opening that file but that didnt work ether. help me out?

ok yours worked. mine still dosnt. when i export i selected the dxf option. hit save. this g-code box came up. i didnt do anything there. should i?
on the import side i just keep it on all files and default.

when i xported i there was a check box that said polylines. i checked it an it worked. thanks for gettin me on the right track.
