Do not try to cut this as is. It is a start though. You'll have to finish the file. All the lines are there. They need to be joined and all that. You should be able to make it work from here.

Art work seems to work better in that format, they load into sheetcam the same way as DXF but use the ration 1:1 if the drawing is the size you want to cut.

That file is not ready for SheetCam though. It's just a start. Import it into your drawing program and finish it. I got you 3/4 of the way there.
