Thanks guys.
I use a 1" cup-brush (for removing rust) to get the affect. Put it in the drill press to get a better pattern ( hand drill not good, walks around too much ). Color's are Bill's steel dye's.

Sorry, Forgot about the tape.
I use 3 M tape or Gorilla mounting tape for my projects. I only use the weatherproof double-sided.

Any lube or just the cup brush? Wish my drill press was large enough to do a 2x2 sheet of metal like that.

I'll have to try those dyes out. Brushed on?
