convert pcm to dxf

how do you convert a pcm file to dxf ?
can anyone do it ? or do you have to own a plasma cam ?

I have an older Version of Plasma Cam - (1.20). I just changed the sailing ship from pcm to dxf by exporting as a dxf from Plasma Cam.

can you do it in corel draw ? or other programs?

You have to have PlasmaCam software to open a PCM file.
