I've wasted enough metal and sworn enough to last me a while.

This is a simple enough design, but notice to outside oval. Instead of being a smooth arch all the way around, it's a series of straight lines to form the oval. I'm attaching both the CDR and DXF files. The issue isn't in the CDR version I drew up, but it suddenly manifests itself once I save the file as a DXF. If someone could explain what I'm doing wrong, I can complete this project. Thanks in advance.

It was a polyline in AutoCad, I just deleted those an redrew the ovals.
