I officially appoint you as ?DA MAN?! That drawing took one heck of a lot of work and my hat is off to you!

Here is a simple fire screen frame I drew up so I know how much work is involved! The problem with it is there is so much warping resulting from the heat. I guess a guy could cut it one little seg at a time and allow for cooling.

Maybe someone will play with it and come up with a better idea?

I should add I was going to use something to simulate rivets in all those the small holes, but never got around to it. Then attach fire screening across the frame. Maybe one day....? :?

That would look good. We use a type of rivet to attach our ID plates on our reels that would work great for that. They are called
drive screws. They have a type of knurl on them and you drill a pilot hole and drive them in with a hammer that would look really
good on that screen.

Hi Lloyd - I can't find those drive screws. Can you be more specific as to exactly what they are called or what the stock number is ?

Great idea! Thanks
