My First Weathervane

Post by jdh239 »

A customer wanted this. He wanted the peace symbol and all. He plans on painting it himself. Hope he likes it.

It will go on an octagonal roof with an unknown pitch, so I created the mounting bracket, cut it out, welded it up and so on. The top part, the spinner, has 3 bearings. 2 needle bearings and a single ball bearing. I will post a vid that shows it in more detail.
