Signal missing of plasma cutting assent

I’m using hyperthermia ht2000 and getting this alarm “signal missing of plasma cutting assent” at piercing and also during cutting

Sounds like your not controller is not receiving the "arc ok" signal during pierce and cut. Be sure consumables are new or in near new condition, be sure your ground clamp is securely attached to the table or workpiece, be sure your pierce height and cut height are correct.

I’m getting this alarm mostly above 30 mm plate.
10 and 20 mm ok
Consumables new
Height and feed settings adjusted from low to high

I am not familiar with your control system, yours may not work this way but since you mostly see this on thicker plate it is possible the XY motion is trying to begin before the torch has pierced the thicker material and produced the OK to move signal and sending you that error messge. Does your system have a setting for Pierce Delay TIme?

If you could let us know what CNC machine brand and model that you are using the Hypertherm HT2000 on.....then we could either help or steer you in the right direction. Jim Colt
