Primeweld Cut60 Not initiating arc?

Post by AdamE »

Ran into a issue with my setup not arcing. Air solenoids and everything works fine it seems but no plasma arc. Havent been able to find a fix, machine is not even 2 months old. Changed all consumables and that did not help.

Any suggestions would be great. Its a Primeweld Cut60 with the torch that comes with it

Primeweld called me back for troubleshooting very quickly. Went through some steps to correct the issue and it turns out i had something hanging up the blowback start, so made sure that it was going through its travel feely and bumped up the pressure going into the machine a little bit and were back to cutting.
