Hello All,
I wanted to see what smarter people than myself use to clean up small areas or inside corners! Right now I use a dremel tool but the stones just don't seem to last very long. Any other ways other than a dremel tool? Thanks in advance.

The steel is hardened by the Plasma cutting action, stones will not last

What exactly do you mean by inside corners? Can you post pics? All I ever have to clean up is slag on the backside and I use needle files for everything else. If you are cutting hot rolled it will leave the edges hard.....cold rolled or P&O will not.

Re: Dremel Tool and Inside Corners
I think he's referring to the bevel on inside corners for thicker materials. The slots for tab-in-slot type items. I cut the slots a bit oversize, and also use cut rules to slow cut speed (50% or so) and disable THC where "square" corners are needed. This helps to clean them up.

I use the dremel if a corner is wrong but with a carbide cutter in it. Works well.
