Awesome file(s)! Thanks! I combined and modified files from PS (93 HD Ultra Glide from 2016) to make this to cut on my cnc router. 24" H x 22" W 1/2" 9 ply Baltic Birch.

Any idea why it shows up as two images of the sign with different cut lines? I can only use this dxf file by putting it directly into sheetcam and that wont let me edit anything on the drawing.

SheetCam will allow to remove some things by changing them to different layer editing should be done with a drawing program.

The two drawings are for people that have different needs, some want to make a small piece with detail and some want a large one but want to use a small kerf to retain the detail that the original picture had. For this reason you will notice that one part has a detail line that has no thickness and the other part has that same line as a complete loop so that it can be followed around on the inside and after the drop is removed that detail will look just like the other part. Many of the members have different ways of cutting parts, some with plasma @.06 kerf or @.035 and others can cut with kerfs as small as .005 or even just a knife edge. Then again others don't cut the parts out they BURN them out with lasers or cut into the surface with routers so a drawing that one person uses may not be work well for the next person, but the other style may be right for them. Most of us just remove the one we are not using and proceed from there.
If you have some files that have both styles in them and you need one of them removed just PM me with the file you want changed and I'll give you a hand, OK. :D

Inkscape is a program that you can learn to edit files to change by removing or adding things you want. As above he remove the model A and installed a bike. you could remove Dad and put Joe's if you wanted to. Here is a simple example of what I mean.

Great file Jason, thanks! It's worth sending you some business, which I will..

I cutting the Dad's Garage Sign for a mechanic that works for us, he's on disability right now so I'm going to cheer up his Christmas Monday with a few slight mods at 38" wide to replicate his 33 Willy's seen in the picture parked in my yard last summer. It's a kit car with the actual original frame and came out real nice and is a rare one...

You marry into the PlasmaCam family and must accept the fact your software and hardware are proprietary. It's a for better or for worse engagement with overwhelming security. PlasmaCam controls the computer, table, hardware to their advantage IMO. :x
