Wolfe Island, Ontario, Canada Outline

Hi there,
I am new to this site and have no idea on how to convert a image into a dxf file. What I need is the outline of Wolfe island, Ontario, Canada, so I can cut it out with 16 gauge mild steel and glue it onto a barn board frame. If someone could help me out that would be great. Please let me know how much to convert and I'll pay. Thanks
