Hatchets

Post by Wraazer »

Here are a couple hatchets I drew up, one is a Gerber and I forget who the other was designed by. The internal lines were put there to etch where it was to be ground to.

Great looking designs, I am going to make a couple edits to the tomahawk and cut one for a friend. Thanks for the share!

What thickness are you using for your hatchets, typically everything we cut is .25". Depending on application the thicker can be a bit heavy for others, we get a lot of positive feedback on the .25" more than the negative.

So you use a material where an actual blade can be sharpened on them? These are not solely decorative, as I expected.

Correct. I made them to be used. Both are survival type hatchets that are being mass marketed.
