Who are the 7% ?

There was post on Facebook a few days ago about the "7% for the 100% in the USA".
It became stuck in my head. So......., did this today. Put it on Facebook and asked if anyone knows the answer I even asked them to forward it to the people that we send to D.C. for the answer The Sad part is less 1% of the 100% in the USA will know who the 7% are

I should have gave you more info on who that I was referring about.
It is 7% of All LIVING AMERICANS who SERVED in the MILITARY !
THANK YOU TO ALL who put on THE UNIFORM for US !!!
