Pm 45 consumables WOW

Post by wickedinhere »

I was cutting this morning and had about 300 pierces on them then boom it got real loud but kept cutting. This is what i found swapped them out and right back to cutting. What would cause this i have never seen this before.

Moisture did that to me and I'm running a refrigerated dryer. I had to go to a final desiccant filter followed by a carbon "Motor Guard" filter.
You marry into the PlasmaCam family and must accept the fact your software and hardware are proprietary. It's a for better or for worse engagement with overwhelming security. PlasmaCam controls the computer, table, hardware to their advantage IMO. :x

Moisture or oil in the air line causes more rapid wear of the electrode....clearly evidenced in your pic. Compared to other brands though.....you still got good life!
