Help with DXF clean up

I made this dxf file but shows it has 63 intersections. Most of them are along the curved portion of the file. Can someone please help with this?

That dxf file was seriously corrupted, and amongst other oddities, had duplicate lines on the top curve.

Anyway, after some mucking with nodes and finding/deleting the duplicate lines, it was still well stuffed up, but I managed to get a "fill" object from the file (basically creates a new object from the bounds of another object).

Lots of double lines. I got it cleaned up by deleting the overlaps and kept the same scale you had. Here's a clean 61 node file.
