Pet memorial project for the Wife!!

We recently lost our dog of 13 years. He was my wifes best friend. I want to build a swing with his picture cut into one the the back sections and need help with drawing the dxf. I am happy to pay for a cut ready file. I have used Ben Delap in the past but I have been unable to get a hold of him. Any help would be hugely appreciated!!!!!!

Left the collar on to represent the dog was loved by humans and removed the leash to represent freedom.
