Here's one I did for a customer a few months ago. I cut a backer to go behind it and it looked awesome and customer loved it. You can add any wording you like. My customer wanted it cut true to the patch without any extras. Hope this helps.

Do you have the PCM or DXF files?

I had a little play with this one. It looks quite good as a stl in 3D. (eagle.stl)

There is a basic trace for you to clean up yourself how you want it. (eagle.dxf)

I have added a full line trace but they break the upload limt. (screaming.dxf)

If you want them I'll upload them to my shared folder, help yourself.
