Guys want to convert this logo to a dxf. Would anybody be willing to help? I am not well enough versed in this yet to do so.

What size are you cutting it and how many layers?

I would like to have it 14 long or so and 3 or 4 layers

Here is my take on the logo.
Raider 1 is the backing plate. It would be painted red with a white/silver strip
Raider 2 would be painted white/silver
Raider 3 and raider 4 would be painted black
I included small locating holes for positioning the pieces. Could be welded, bolted, taped or glued together. If you don't need the holes, delete them prior to cutting

I say Hemi That does show what can be done it should inspire others to improve their projects.

Just looked at your layout for this logo hemichargersrt8 and it looked like a great clock. I'll just remove the four holes and put four numbers in their place. Thanks for a great file! :D :D :D :D
