Hypertherm Powermax 65 test fire

Post by nostalgic design »

Trying to test fire plasma cutter on new arclight table. Everything appears to be hooked up. Only thing I see is red" hold motion" button lights up on computer screen when I hit fire button. No error message on plasma cutter. Thanks in Advance!

Do you hear the relay in the PWM module "click" when you try and test fire? Are you using a machine torch or a hand torch?

nostalgic design,

sphurley has some of the right things to look for. Thanks for giving us a call and getting this resolved. It always easier to 'look' at the machines over the phone or by remote access. The end result of this was no air pressure to the plasma. Glad your up and running Nostalgic Design!!
