Any tips or ideas on Black light paint?

We are working on a Halloween project for our front yard. The piece is a skeleton so it needs to be white. We want to use some really good black light paint but having a hard time finding it that isn't $189.00 a gallon. Yes, that's right $189.00 a gallon.
Anyone have any ideas or tips?
