Thank you Acourtjester for sharing the pictures of the roller. I made one just like yours and it works to. I didnt have a project to make yet with it but I always wanted one. I had a motorized worm drive taking up space in my garage for the last 20 years and I finally found a use for it. Very happy thanks again, Gary

Great project! How are the 3 components of the rollers joined together? Welded? Pinned? If welded any issues with warpage? Thanks!

If you are talking about the rollers, I tack welded the shaft and DOM tubes at the ends to form a solid roller. I just ground a notch and filled the notch with welding.

Would I be able to get the plans for this plate roller also? This would work great for wheels and other items that I have been doing on a Shop Outfitters roller and would be able to do a lot wider also. Great job on both of the projects and very impressed on the star embossing .
Thank you
kdahep

Yes, this is awesome Jester! Can you tell how much you have into it roughly? Been looking at the crappy 3 in 1's out there will barely do 20ga and everyone wants 90% of retail for used!! Also if you have plans, part numbers or all of the above I would love to get a set!

Hi tylerd
I cannot give a accurate cost as I used some of the metal I had laying around. I could send you info and where I bought the sprockets, bearings, and the tubing so you could check the prices. Just PM me with your email address (a non-Yahoo would be best)
