Slip Roll Designs
Making a small 3 roll slip roll to use in making rings.
Will be designing a 4 roll when I am finished with this one.

Re: Slip Roll Designs
All,
I am starting the build this weekend. I believe it can roll up to 1/8" x 12". Of course we will see how it performs during its prove out. At this I do not plan on making them and selling them. If it proves out, I would probably look at creating prints for those who may want to make one. Let's see how the protoype performs and go from there. BTW, I am planning on using the HF pipe threader for powering it.

Re: Slip Roll Designs
Visual in response to a question received about rotation of rolls.
Two rolls on left are outside of plate, two rolls on right are the actual rollers, not shown is the radius roller which would be on the far right on an angle to create the bend. You currently do not have access to download this file.
