Hydrographics Dipping

Post by Thumper »

Ive recently purchased a large hydrographics sey up and opened up new doors to the metal world for myself, the custom options you can offer are endless and its another way to add profit to your operation...

My last wood grain sign I built and dipped.

I didn't realize this was so affordable for a start up kit. Thanks for sharing.

So hows it been going i have been looking at getting a small tank 50x24x24 so i can offer different finishes. I have a guy that does it locally but he charges 115.00 for a 22x22 piece and i cant make money paying this guy that kinda of money. I will be using powder coating instead of painting so that will be a plus cause i already powder coat.

How does the diy yourself kit compare to say a commercial machine as far as quality?

Their really isn't any comparison in them honestly however we run large quantities of materials through the shop and wouldn't mind selling some of the commercial stuff if you wanted to do it.
