Now that I am able to get this on the forum, can someone tell me the best way to trace? I tried to vectorize on the TM Cad software, shuts down my program every time. Have heard so much about Inkscape that I downloaded it, but lack the knowledge to finish quickly. I have watched several you tube instructions and it still is confusing. Need it kind of quick for a customer. Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed.

Ok a few things that would help is to first remove those small lines that are not needed from the drawing.
here are 2 image with Inkscape work done to them you will need a much more clearer drawing to start with, thinner line would help greatly.
As suggested by another poster you may need to do a hand tracing with a sheet of paper over this one and then use a scanner to load it in to your computer.

Thank you, I do have a copy with thinner lines, I'll give that a try. I've heard so much about Inkscape and plan on continuing to learn more about it.
