Need help with Inkscape

Hey guys and girls new to this I need help with text on a curve in Inkscape. I am trying to make a monogram letter in the middle of a circle with a circle around it, then names or words the. Another circle. Lost you yet? lol I need help making the size and spacing match with the name on bottom and top of the outer ring. Thank you for any help!
