Does Mach3 automaticly cut the inside 1st or do I need to make paths?

In my case not all the time, but usually. I just go to edit start points in Sheetcam and find the outermost edge and renumber it as the last of/last. Then all the others get re-numbered .

Your post processor would be where that was determined. Mach 3 will only cut as told by the tap file.
I use Sheetcam and you can set it up to cut inner cuts first and then outer or you can renumber
the order as you like. I hope this helps.
