Your table uses TURBO CAD files, so what I would try is a FREE trial of TURBO CAD. You can use it to convert your DXF files to TCT and cut them. You can get TURBO CAD for as little as $99 that does 3D if you need 3D, or get just a 2D program for even less right from the TURBO CAD site. If you look around you can find it for even less.

OR just try this one

Hope this helps you.

Great! I don't use TURBO CAD but just wanted to steer him in that direction, glad someone that uses it chipped in. Like I told him, if you look around it can be found for a lower price after he uses the FREE trial to see how he likes it. :D :D
