Can someone explain, Ethernet Smoothstepper running out of Data and how to resolved the issue, This happens very time i tend to cut files That have a lot of Pierces. I'm having to go back and rearrange the file to remove the section it's already cut This is the error message I get.

I get this ALOT. Super annoying, but I have found if I dont jog the Z down to about 1" or so above the plate before I restart I get this error.

1. PC too slow
2. Increase the buffer size in the Smoothstepper Config
3. There is a bug in MACH3 that can contribute to this.

The ESS has a defined buffer size you can change . It buffers up moves and then spits out the steps about a second or less later. If more data comes in tahn can be turned into motion it overflows and that causes the error.
