Hi all im new here
I have a ClearCut plasma unit using Mach3 software, but my THC has stopped working with result the torch keeps diving into the plate while cutting
Help please?

Never heard of Clearcut. Generally with an arc voltage based height control when the torch dives into the plate it means:
1. Poor work cable (sometimes incorrectly called ground cable) connection between the plasma and the material being cut.
2. Incorrect arc voltage setting (higher voltage equals higher cut height).
3. incorrect parameters set in height control settings for slowdown height freeze and cornering height freeze.

Hi Jim
At the moment the machine is grounded to the building... it has been for over a year then suddenly last week it just started its diving thing...
i am using a CNC Clear Cut, with a Hypertherm Powermax 105, i use Mach3 sofware at the machine...

issue solved.... there was a lose connection on the THC main board...
