First job with plasma cutter

This was the first real job with our plasma cutter, this job consists of 65 of these plates and 44 of half of the design on an 4x4x3/8" plate

Special thanks to Justin and the team at Tracker, this is our first plasma cutter table, Justin answered over 60 questions by email and phone conversations, he always said, once you get the table ready at the shop, you will be ready to cut within an hour, he was right. The job went smooth with pause for a couple adjustments, one electrode was used on this plate. Looks like it takes about 75 minutes per plate, I will try with more power, but we are so happy with the quality at 80 amps that we mite just leave it alone.

Wow, looks good, thats a lot of cutting. What are the plates being used for?

guardrails and a screen wall with 3 plates high and 5 across (25 plates total on the wall) the 4x4 plates will also be a screen wall for gas pipes at the bldg

We did some tests before cutting this, we cuted some bicycles, and some other artistic files that we downloaded from this forum, all for testing proposes (our friends were quite happy with the free pieces we gave them).

The most important thing from this experience was the technical support from Tracker, they also helped us with getting this file ready to cut, I supplied them with our cad drawing, and they got it ready for us to cut with lead ins. We already design some jobs from our cad software to the machine without a problem, the tracker software "command n' Cut" is so simple any one can use it. on thing I love about it, besides it's simplicity is the TILE PLOT option, I always save the drawings as a one piece and then I tile the plot according to how many pieces I can fit inside of the plate.
