Can't remember which consumables I used on this. Also, someone suggested .070, no bueno, .063 is better, might even go a tad lower.

I had too many options checked as well. I don't use the height control option now, I'm using the unshielded consumables for the 900.

Anyways, some more tweaking to the settings, hopefully I'll get where I want to be.

If you use the unshielded consumables you are not using one of the main features of the Advanced Height which is the "Sense Material to set Height". You should be using the Machine Shield on the torch so you can use the material sensing.
If the material is 10 ga or thinner you can use the Hypertherm Finecut shielded consumables. Over 10 ga use the 55 amp shielded consumables.
The picture shows a lot of heat discoloration.
