Awesome work Joe!
It is amazing seeing all of the different things that one can do with the plasmacam, besides just plasma.

Keep us posted, Brother!

I haven't hooked up the plasma cutter yet. I am having too much fun using a router on the table.

I am wandering into "barn quilts" and optical illusions next. For now, I am playing with halftone images and 3D carving, etc.

Actually PlasmaCam's big brother, the Samson 510 table using a Bosch 2.25HP router and a V-groove bit for most of it. The "Willowtree" sign was in a maple plank, using a 1/8" two-fluted bit with a flat bottom, and an adapter sleeve for the router which normally accepts 1/2" shank router bits. The 3D carving was done with a 1/8" round nose two-flute bit.

On this clock face, I need to adjust the cut path to allow for a wider rib holding the centers of the numbers, along with making the centers larger.

Do you think people would order these for their homes?

I could sell them for $199.00 + shipping.

Green display base not included. Actual side posts are 10" longer, to be sunk into ground.

(Some Assembly Required  )

Neat. I'm looking to use the additional capabilities of my Bulltear/Starlab table as well.
Bulltear 6x12 w/ Proton Z axis & watertable
CommandCNC/Linux w/ Ohmic & HyT options
Hypertherm Powermax 85 w/ machine torch
Solidworks, Coreldraw X7, Inkscape, Sheetcam

Do it! There is nothing more reassuring about your purchase, than to do more with your table than it's design intent.
