Broke my T45m torch

Post by BensPlasmaAu »

After all the trial and lots of errors of my machine, i have finally broken the machine torch. The innards are ok, its the plastic plate with the 3 radial countersunk screws which is the retaining plate where those 3 hex key bolts go through. Does anyone know how to get one of these as a replacement? The dealer here in Melbourne looked at me blankly and had no idea what i was talking about. Even after i showed him on a torch they had on display. I don't think they have ever looked at how these go together.

You can download the service manual and it will show the complete torch breakdown with part numbers.....download from www.hypertherm.com . You can also contact tech service at technical.service@hypertherm.com or call them at the phone numbers listed in the front of your operators manual. Not all distributors are trained as well as our factory tech support people. Jim Colt Hypertherm

I have a torch with a broken fiber glass shell, but I would send you pictures of it and if you can use any of the parts off of it, let me know
email me, I would give it to you for the cost of shipping.
