Okay now I'm not sure what the problem is and how to fix it so please bare with me. Before every cut there is a spit of air that I hear. Sometimes it wont do this and so I spray in a shot of WD40 and it will work for a awhile then I need to do this again. Its like it sticks. The service manual calls it a Solenoid valve. Any thoughts?
Thanks

Sounds like a sticky start plunger in the torch head.
Where are spraying the WD40 to make the problem stop?

How is the air quality? Is it dry and clean?
