hello!! I am new to this CNC world, and I tried to nest this file on the program I received with my table, and it shows two signs,side by side, and says there are collisions !! Seems like every time I try to do a file like this , my program makes a big issuse of it!!!Like I said I am new at this!! Probably missing something!!! lol
It is an awsome sign!!! I hope I can figure it out some day!!!! Thanks Jason,fine work!!!

You will find that a lot of Jason's signs have two versions, the one on the left is usually the plasma cutting file deigned with open paths to cut at about the size it is, the one on the right provides looped paths to make it more suitable for laser or water jet which has a much smaller kerf or to be plasma cut much larger.

Thanks Murray!! How do i choose one or the other?? when i try to convert it i dont get a choice,that i know of!!! lol my Nessting program is IBE cnc cut, a German made program!!!

That's the great part about here, always plenty of help.

I usually bring them into Corel and just delete the one I don't need. I also do a bit of a check to make sure the ends of open paths are far enough away from other lines so as to avoid blow throughs.
