I need help getting a dxf file of the state of florida house of representative logo. My brother is serving his second term and I want to surprise him with this on the day he gets sworn in.

It's already pretty close to what you are looking for.

Use your software to trace the image.
Delete all the unnecessary components and
connect everything.
