A present for your supplier-Business Card Base

Post by art&fire »

I made a Business Card Stand for my local Linde Store. It was not a request, I just wanted to do it. They always help me out with good pricing on my welding supplies.

Use the Business Card Base and attach the logo of any supplier or your own, to the top of the frame. After cutting the part, it needs only a few quick bends at the weak spots and it takes shape. (See sample picture below)

My supplier keeps my business card along their own on display. All customers see it and take notice. I even picked up a couple jobs for my machine.

I hope it comes in handy for you.

Nice work, I too have done similar for a couple of suppliers, as you say works in a few ways in that you get better treatment and I've picked up some jobs out of it. Thanks for the file.

Awesome. A buisness card holder was on my list of things to do this weekend, and I really like this design.

Thanks for the feedback and posting the nice pictures of your resaults.

JEd - nice job and it's already powder coated, you are not wasting any time.

JJsCustomDesigns - Isn't it great how creative you can get with such a simple design.

Nicely done

Hi gcw8,
Have a look at the file first. It was a training project for myself in order to learn the TorchmateCAD software.
About one million nodes showed up for the party.
TheOriginalFileLOL.jpg
That's why I created the better and new BusinessCardBase.dxf
If you still want the original... let me know?

Here is a combo of two. Might be a good idea for a trade show booth.
