Gas Cylinder Wall Bracket

Hello Everyone
I made this yesterday and thought it worked pretty well so I wanted to post it in case someone else was running into the same problem I was. I needed a wall mount for my Argon/Co2 cylinder and the stuff online was too expensive or not really what I wanted so I decided to make my own. Have plasma cutter, why not, right?

This fits a 7" cylinder (snug fit) and I split some tubing to make a cushion for the edges. You can make it larger or smaller to fit the size tank you are using. The strap came from Lowe's and cost $7.00 for 2.

The only down side is, I created it in PlasmaCam so the file is a .pcm. If that is what you have, great. If there is someone out there that can convert it to a .dxf, more will be able to use it.

You just have to use the export option in the file menu, then choose dxf as file type.

I have absolutely no use for such a bracket yet but I have to say that is a pretty awesome design! Our little tables are so handy for so so much stuff in just about every genre of life. I love it!!!

Another from the past I Had never found, but its exactly what I have wanted for picking up and returning tanks in the back of a pickup, I always hated that sound when they roll and slide around even in a work truck
