When i modified one posted here previously by Scratch I went to this site to get the correct geometry and altered it X5
http://www.anycalculator.com/horizontalsundial.htm Google "lattitude + your location" and enter the details and it will tell you all the angles.

Im using 10 guage an it seams to be working very well
