Thanks for the file, changed a few things and made it for my parents 40th. wedding anniversary Ill post pics soon as i get it welded together.

@SCHIDTHEAD What a fantastic project! Thanks for sharing with the community!

Since I know nothing about calibrating a sundial, could you share what location would 38.85 be appropriate for? I'm in the Houston area, but have no idea how to determine what the correct calibration for this location would be. Also, since I'm asking newbie questions... would correction be required within the actual design? Or is it simply a matter of how you place the sundial (ie - pointing due north or whatever...).

I'd love to build one of these for personal use. I just honestly don't know how to use it! ;-)

MUZZA posted a site to use that has all the info for setting it up for wherever you live. Check back on page 2 about half way down and you will find the link. :D :D
