Real nice mermaid image. I've plasma cut a few of these out 1/8" mild steel and they turn out great. The hair and other details are single line cuts and really adds nice detail to the overall image. I turn the amperage UP on the plasma cutter, and use a larger 80 - 100 amp plasma tip to complete all of the inside cuts. The larger plasma tip and higher amperage cuts a wider kerf and makes the details stand out even more.

Nice work. Who's plasma system do you have? What table do you use?

Thanks! I have a Plasmacam plasma cutting system and am currently using a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 101 plasma cutter. I am looking to upgrade to a larger table later this year.....I hope.
