Hitch cover insert and weld together hitch pin

I liked how somebody made their hitch cover insert using a flat piece of metal. I drew my own version and made it with 4 pin holes. You weld it at a 45 Degree angle on back of your art. I also made a weld together pin to hold it in. It is only to be used on a light weight hitch cover. To hold it in, I used a snap pin from a large kit i purchased from bottom of the harbor freight.
